勇全殿坐落在马六甲万伊力的怡力街上，大约创建于1818年以前。勇全殿的庙地窄而长，一道深长的庭院从大街上的山门延伸到正庙。正殿为单开间，殿前带拜亭。拜亭的设计受西式建筑影响，从守着拜亭两侧的石狮基座、顶着特斯坎柱头的方型檐柱、拜亭两侧栏杆的瓶形小柱至规壁的彩色玻璃窗和圆窗，都已是近折衷式的建筑。勇全殿为搁檩式栋架以及硬山式屋顶。勇全殿于2008年进行修复工作，由文思古建公司承修，主要项目为油漆和修复彩绘，如屋顶彩绘、门神彩绘等。

Yong Chuan Tian Tee Ong Yah Temple is located in Bandar Hilir, Melaka, established in or before 1818. The site of the temple is narrow and deep. The main hall to which a prayer pavilion is attached to, both fronted by a long entrance porch with a gate that abuts the main street. The roof structure of Yong Chuan Tian is a series of timber purlins directly supported by the gable walls at two ends without employing the complex dou gong system. The roof of the temple is basic and austere without overly ornamentation. The tiled roof surface is flat without any subtle curves. Wensi Heritage undertook the restoration assignment of Yong Chuan Tian in 2008, where walls were repainted and decorative murals on the roof and the main door were restored.
