1966年出生,中国福建晋江东石镇萧下村人,16岁随名师黄世清之子黄仲坡师傅学习剪黏、彩绘和园林设计。
1992年成立文思古建有限公司,担任董事长,首次到马来西亚霹雳太平青厝区承建协天宫李王府牌楼,次年到槟城北海承建天福宫。2000年承修槟城龙山堂邱公司及马六甲青云亭,2003年承修槟城潮州会馆韩江家庙。
Born in 1966 in Xiao-xia-chun village in the town of Dongshi , Jinjiang County of Fujian, Xiao started his endeavour of heritage construction during his early youth under the tutelage of Master Ng Zhong Po, the son of Ng Seh Cheng, mastering the Chinese arts of jian nian, colour painting and landscape design.
In 1992, Xiao first arrived in Taiping, Malaysia for a commission to construct the archways of Heap Thean Keong Lee Ong Hoo Temple. At the same time, he established Wensi Heritage Work Sdn Bhd and held the position of Principal. In the consecutive year, Xiao came to Butterworth, Penang for the construction of Thean Hock Keong Temple. Since then, he was continuously commissioned to repair, restore and reconstruct some of the most noteworthy historical monuments in the region, most notably being the Leong San Tong Khoo Kongsi in Penang, Cheng Hoon Teng Temple in Melaka – both in the year of 2000 – and Han Jiang Ancestral Temple, Teochew Association in Penang in 2003.

Born in 1979 in Cheng-bian-chun village in the town of Dongshi, Jinjiang County of Fujian, Chen followed his father’s footsteps to work in heritage construction from the age of 16. Chen first came to Malaysia in the year 2000 to join the team of Wensi Heritage Work Sdn Bhd and has since been working on numerous local restoration projects.
Chen is the managing director of Wensi Heritage Work.
